Lavender Earl Grey Saison

Lavender Earl Grey Saison is a beautiful balancing act between lots of fun ingredients donated by our generous suppliers. A delicious base of pilsner, wheat, and honeyed oat malts lend a light but qua able texture and body. The Belgian style yeast strain adds a mild pepperiness and citrus juiciness that enhances all of the other ingredients. The earl grey and lavender  oat on top of it all with a bright but delicate  oral note that ties the entire beer together. We made it sessionable because the more you drink, the more goes to charity!
