Hop Attack – Fresh Hop IPA

This monster of an IPA is saturated with as many types of fresh hops as we could get our hands on: Fresh Centennial cones from Sartori Farms, Cryo Frozen Cascade and El Dorado Fresh Hops from Yakima, and Amplifire Riwaka Fresh Hop Oil from Clayton Farms in New Zealand. It's big, bold, and bursting with that once-a-year flavour only fresh hops can give.
