Sisu

Sisu is a celebratory sparkling ale brewed in the ‘brut’ style. It’s a heavily fruited, highly effervescent beer designed with good times in mind. Gobs of raspberry and guava puree were fermented with a deliciously simple beer. It’s finished with a splash of lemon juice and conditioned in bottle with a mellow, tropical Brettanomyces strain. Now, that’s all well and good, but let’s call a spade a spade: this is party juice. We packaged it in 1.5L magnums because it’s built to share. Whatever you’re celebrating, our fruit brut Sisu will be a perfect accompaniment.
