Kirsche Cherry Wild Ale

Brewed in the grand tradition of Belgian Kriek, this wild ale is an exercise in patience. 3000lbs of Okanagan Bing and Rainier cherries were blended with a selection of 1-2 year old ales from neutral oak barrels. After several months, the beer was transferred into bottle to begin its slow conditioning and natural carbonation.

• HOPS: Bramling Cross
• ALC/Vol: 7.3%
• Other:  Whole Okanagan Bing and Rainier Cherries
