This northwest style pale ale is a confident beer with citrusy character,balanced with layers of malty goodness.
This ale’s golden amber colour only hints at its full-bodied flavour. Its sumptuous maltiness is tempered by a goodly amount of bitterness and a mouth-filling hop flavour. In order to finish our I.P.A. with a truly fresh hop bouquet, we dry hop this ale in the conditioning tank with both East Kent Goldings and Mount Hood hops.
A malty spiced ale brewed with pumpkin pie spices & 100 lbs of local pumpkin mash. Our most popular seasonal ale. Winner of a Gold Medal (Fruit Beer) at the 2013 Canadian Brewing Awards.

Our new Flagship IPA is generously hopped with a trio of Southern-Hemisphere hops: Mosaic, Galaxy & Citra. It pours with a cloudy glow and an intense juicy, tropical fruit aroma and flavour giving way to a balanced bitterness. Our meticulously crafted Flagship IPA is an unfiltered and unique steam-brew, 4 years in the making and truly worth the wait.
This German style lagered ale uses German malts and is dryhopped for a full, bready malt body and a floral, slighty fruity nose. Authentic kölsch yeast and extended maturation time in our cellar gives this unfiltered, quaffable beer a clean, lager like finish.
